I can completely believe it, too. My worry is that those executed include those involved in the previous uprising. Plenty of state leaders are saying 'let us in to help, we don't care about politics' but if word of the executions spread, it's going to be tough to keep up this pretense. The French foreign minister is the only one taking a harsh stand, basically trying to get the UN to forcibly enter Burma to help.
