Joe Kelly's Superboy is a lot of fun and filled with pop culture references and heavy on the comedy, but this Kon isn't seen outside of the run. After Kelly left, Dan Didio wrote Superboy -- just say no. It's really boring.
The best Kon in terms of history and characterisation? Karl Kessel's Superboy, but that involves searching for the early 90s issues.
My best bet would be the Kon in Young Justice. It's definitely the one characterisation most people identify with, and as a plus you get him interacting with the gang.
Good luck and there's always the scans_dailytag (http://community.livejournal.com/scans_daily/tag/superboy) for Kon scans :D
