Sounds like a fantastic meal you're cooking! I'd love to do that for christmas (no Thanksgiving for us, lol) but unfortunately it's not really possible for us to have people over for any major celebration - not enough space in out flat to fit all the relatives! My mum-in-law will be doing us her usual spectacular christmas dinner, therefore, but we still have to wait until December for that. ;)
