We walked into the Moscone Center West and you'd think the big sign that said 'Gamer Awards' would have been enough to let us know we weren't in the right place, but no, we tried to get our badges there. When I showed our printed tickets to the attendant behind the counter, he ran our info too, because apparently the WonderCon logo on our ticket didn't tip him off either! *facepalm* Finally, the lady behind him said, "Uh, sweetie, you want WonderCon, that's across the street." D'oh!
