Boston Celtics NBA Champions 2008

stinglikeabeeI am filled with glee and giggling profusely at the adorable images of the Celtics team celebrating on court.
BWAHAHA! Kevin Garnett grinned, shut his eyes, threw back his head, and said, 'I'm gon' die!' Said his teammate, 'I gotcha!'
Thank heavens they won. A lot of people I knew were pissed I was supporting the Celtics instead of the home team, but first of all, I always support the team that play the better basketball, and secondly when I first learned to play ball my hero wasn't Jordan -- it was Garnett.
Watching the playoffs also reignited a serious crushing on Ray Allen, and I'm going to have to put Spike Lee's He Got Game on my Blockbuster Queue.
If this emotional win doesn't get me back to loving the game, *shakes head* XD

Date: 2008-06-18 06:25 pm (UTC)KG and Paul were great, but I love Ray Allen to pieces. He spent time in the hospital with a sick child (the boy's out now) and got his eye poked in the first quarter and came back and killed the Lakers!
