Oh, whew! I LOVE Goodwill, and read up on them a few years ago, and it sounds like they do a LOT of good stuff for disadvantaged people. I'm just glad I don't have to knock them off the pedestal I shoved them on. ;) We have a local WEAVE thrift store I go to a lot, too (WEAVE is a local women's shelter; they run about two local thrift stores that help generate funds for their programs).
I'll be damned if I ever go to Salvation Army again though. *grump*
