Sure! It's from a 1999 oneshot AU called Superman Inc., which was posted in the old scans_daily. Here baby Kal was not found by the Kents, but was run over by a travelling salesman instead. The salesman, proclaimed baby Kal's survival as a miracle, dropped him off at the police. He was eventually adopted by the Sudermans and named Dale. While Dale's had a rough life, he begins to fit in with the other kids through sports, becoming a basketball legend and owner of Superman Inc. in adulthood.
The art is Garcia-Lopez, so of course it's beautiful! There are some fantastic shots of Dale wearing the Superman logo, and if you can find the annual in the comic book store I would urge you to grab it. In fact, I'll be posting the context for this scans in a separate post in a little while :D
